In this regard, Chuanwu Food Company issued several statements on its official website, saying that after seeing media reports, it immediately notified the Health Bureau of Taoyuan County to take the initiative to submit inspections to check with the Health Bureau. It has stopped production and shipment of all traditional plate tofu at the first time, and informed all sales channels to suspend the sale of the product. In particular, it is emphasized that at present, only the "Daihan Traditional Plate Bean Curd" uses gypsum and the remaining 21 products are not used. For example, if Yongchang Company proves that it uses fake food grade gypsum, it will sue Yongchang Company.

In addition, Xin Penglai Food Company also published "Yongchang Chemical Cut-off Book" and many other statements on its official website, claiming that the raw materials had been replaced and the raw materials for inspection were sent for inspection. The products of the fermented bean curd (except for the hot bean curd fermented bean curd) were preventive frame.
