Edible fungus disease prevention principle

Once the infestation disease occurs on the fruiting body of the edible mushroom, the commercial value of the whole fruit body is completely lost. Due to the high temperature and high humidity environment of the mushroom house and the daily water spray management, the spread of the disease spreads much faster than the green crop. According to the practice of the mushroom farmer, the following five principles should be observed in the prevention and control of edible fungus diseases:

First, control throughout the cultivation

Throughout the cultivation process, special attention should be paid to the control of temperature and humidity, to strengthen ventilation, to inhibit the growth and infestation of pathogens, and to pay attention to disinfection of utensils and create a clean growing environment.

Second, focus on the handling of culture materials and soil cover

The pathogens of various diseases of edible fungi are mostly found in culture materials and earth-covering materials, and are the primary sources of infection of edible fungus diseases. Therefore, in addition to cultivation of fermentation materials, especially in the diseased area or old mushroom shed, they should be cooked as much as possible. Material cultivation. In the practice of cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, maculopathy has generally occurred in recent years, and there has been a serious development trend. However, the cultivation of clinker does not cause any harm.

Third, pay close attention to the place and the environment disinfection

Many pathogenic bacteria naturally exist on the soil surface, air, and various organisms. In particular, the interior walls and bed frames of the old mushroom house leave behind the pathogens that remained in the previous production season. The simplest and most economical way to disinfect the environment and place is to expose the sun to the top of the mushroom shed. The surface of the mushroom shed can be sun-dried first, then deep-frozen and then exposed to the sun. Formaldehyde, peracetic acid, sulfur, bleach, etc. are also good environmental disinfectants and are non-polluting.

IV. Early application of pesticides

If diseases occur in the fruiting period, they should be treated as soon as possible, such as removing mushrooms, treating lesions, spraying fungicide, etc. If the treatment is not completed, it is very easy to cause disease epidemic and difficult to control.

Fifth, after the first mushroom

In the case of drug control, if the mushrooms are not taken first, the medicine can easily contaminate the mushrooms and cause a large amount of residues. Therefore, in the prevention and control of pharmaceuticals, it is necessary to first collect mushrooms and then apply pesticides. After application, the mushroom house adopts partial dry management to suppress the formation of fruit body primordia. At present, the residual period of fungicides used is generally about 14 days. Most fruit bodies of edible fungi need about 7 days from the formation of the primordial to mature harvest. Therefore, it takes 8 days after application to grow mushrooms.
