In addition to the image area and the IVD area, this year CMEF also specially designated a smart health area, showing a variety of intelligent health monitoring products, showing that the smart medical industry is rising more and more rapidly. From the perspective of smart medical care, the author analyzes the product layout of these enterprises. The words of one family are inevitably biased. You are welcome to discuss them together.

Smart Health, through the creation of a health record regional medical information platform, the use of the most advanced Internet of Things technology to achieve interaction between patients and medical staff, medical institutions, medical equipment , and gradually achieve information. If we classify smart medical products , the author believes that they can be divided into three categories: graded diagnosis and treatment products, hospital system products, and chronic disease management products.

Graded medical products

From a policy perspective, since the country has vigorously promoted a grading diagnosis and treatment system, and plans to establish five centers nationwide: chest pain center, stroke center, critical maternal treatment center, critically ill newborn treatment center and trauma treatment center, with intelligent collaboration The platform links five major centers to form a multi-disciplinary, cross-industry and standardized modern first aid system. PHILIPS, GE and Lian Ying have been fully reflected in the grading diagnosis and treatment policy. The three CMEFs have exhibited products and overall solutions for grading diagnosis and treatment.

PHILIPS's grading diagnosis and treatment solutions based on China's national conditions, products and services run through the Health Planning Commission - tertiary hospitals - secondary hospitals - community health centers / community health service centers, launching chest pain center / stroke center integration solutions, tumor diseases Integrated solutions, monitoring system maternal and child solutions, graded treatment programs, etc. Each program has a set of information systems for data upload and summary analysis; and the systems between different solutions can be interconnected to achieve data sharing.

Among them, the chest pain center and the stroke center integrated solution to create a hospital emergency system, DTN time is within 60 minutes. The patient's history, physical examination, NIHSS score, and vital signs were evaluated within 10 minutes from the time the patient arrived at the hospital. The imaging and biochemical indicators were completed within 45 minutes, and the treatment plan was determined within 60 minutes. Connect the data management system to achieve standardized management and quality control of the green channel in the medical association, and help the professional training and education of physicians.

This series of products closely integrated with the information platform will play an important role in the medical system, but it has not been widely implemented yet, and its practicality remains to be verified.
