This equipment is a novel cleaning equipment designed by our company according to various trays, turnover baskets and plastic baskets. The materials are all made of SUS304 stainless steel. The washing basket equipment consists of three parts: hot alkaline water spray section, hot water spray section and clean water spray section. The drying section can be customized according to customer requirements.

The circulating basket washing machine adopts high-pressure spray washing as the main cleaning method. The water is sprayed and cleaned from the upper, lower, left and right directions by water of about 80 degrees. Each water tank is provided with two filtering devices, which are convenient for cleaning the stolen goods at any time. Due to the different specifications of the turnover baskets currently on the market, the width of the conventional turnover basket is between 300-430mm and the height is 150-350mm.

Turnover box cleaning machine introduces the working process

1. The pre-washing process is that the pump sucks water out of the pre-washing tank and sprays it through the nozzle, so that the turnover box, the food tray and the container have been washed and washed away, and the cleaned sewage is separated by filtration. The water tank and debris are discharged.

2. The main cleaning process is that the pump sucks warm water from the main cleaning water tank and sprays it through the nozzle, so that the turnover box, the food tray and the container are cleaned, the remaining debris and oil are cleaned, and the cleaned sewage is separated by filtration. Flow back to the water tank and debris is discharged.

3. The rinsing process is a rinsing water pump that sucks hot water out of the rinsing water tank, sprays it through the nozzle, rinses the cleaning agent on the object to be cleaned, and disinfects the cleaning material, and the water flows to the main cleaning water tank.

4. The drying process is that the heating pipe emits a large amount of heat through steam heating, and is pumped into the drying tunnel through the drying fan, and the turnover box enters the drying tunnel through the conveying system, and the moisture in the turnover box is evaporated to complete the drying process.

5. The conveying system is driven by a variable frequency speed regulating motor to adjust the speed of the motor to control the cleaning time. The machine side guiding mechanism can be adjusted to suit different specifications of cleaning items.
