Vegetable greenhouses dehumidification measures
Humidity in the greenhouse is too high, affecting the normal growth of vegetables, it may also cause flowering and fruit drop, and can easily induce and aggravate pests and diseases, affecting the yield and quality of vegetables. To this end, we combined the successful experience of the current agricultural comprehensive development facilities vegetable project, edited and compiled 11 measures to reduce the humidity of vegetable greenhouses for reference. First, ventilation
This is the most common method of dehumidification in greenhouses, with simple operation and low cost. It is best to choose to do it at noon, because during this time, the temperature difference between inside and outside the greenhouse is large and the humidity is large, and the moisture is more easily discharged. In addition, special attention should be paid to 2-3 days after the watering of the greenhouse, 1 to 2 days after spraying the fertilizer (drug), and before and after the rainy (snow) days and before sunset. However, if the temperature drops too quickly during ventilation, the ventilation openings must be closed in time to prevent a sudden drop in temperature and the vegetables are harmed.
Second, control watering
The main cause of excessive humidity in the greenhouse is caused by watering. Therefore, the amount of water must be strictly controlled in the watering to prevent pouring of clear water. After the water is poured, the air should be properly ventilated, and loose soil should be removed in time to reduce soil moisture.
Third, cover the film
Film mulching is an important method to reduce the air humidity in the shed. Covering the mulching film can reduce the number of irrigation and reduce the evaporation of soil moisture.
Fourth, micro-spray irrigation
Technical measures such as micro-spraying, drip irrigation, infiltration irrigation, and water and fertilizer integration, in addition to saving water, labor, fertilizer, medicine, and soil compaction, more importantly, can effectively reduce air humidity caused by watering. increase.
Fifth, warm up and humidity
When the plants grow to have a certain resistance, take the greenhouse temperature up to about 30°C for 1 hour, and then ventilate and vent. After 3-4 hours, the temperature of the shelf can be repeated less than 25°C. This method can meet the requirements of vegetables for room temperature, but also reduce the humidity.
Sixth, increase light and humidity
Increasing the amount of light transmitted or hanging the reflector can increase the temperature of the booth, and increasing the temperature of the booth can reduce the relative humidity of the air.
Seven, wet cultivation
When the temperature is high, the ridges and ridge backs are cultivated, and loose soil cuts off the soil capillary to prevent the soil capillary water from rising to the surface and keep the moisture in the soil, so as to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.
Eight, improve the application of pesticides
When spraying in low temperature season greenhouses, smoke or dust should be used as far as possible. If the conventional spraying method is used, the number of times of prevention and control and the amount of liquid to be sprayed should be appropriately reduced to prevent the humidity in the booth from being too high.
Nine, drop-free film
The use of a non-dropping film or spraying without drops can overcome the drawbacks of the adsorption of a large number of water droplets in the film, reduce the increase of air humidity due to the drip, enhance the light transmission, and increase the temperature and promote the growth of vegetables.
Ten, mechanical dehumidification
Large temperature difference between inside and outside the greenhouse, it is easy to produce a large number of water droplets in the shed, and dehumidification is not convenient, to maintain indoor dry, moderate humidity, the purchase of dehumidifiers is also a good choice.
Eleven, natural moisture
Straw, wheat straw, grass ash, quicklime and other materials can be laid between rows and adsorb water vapor to achieve a dehumidification effect.
