1. Scope of application It is suitable for the separation of suspensions of medium or fine particle size granular or fibrous materials with high viscosity, strong hydrophilicity and difficult to separate. It is also suitable for the separation of partially crystalline, fibrous, flaked, etc., loose or slightly viscous crystalline solid materials.

When the centrifuge is running at high speed (loading speed), it starts to load, and the material passes through the feeding tube and the cloth tube to the cloth tray, and obtains sufficient centrifugal force on the cloth tray to reach the drum wall, and passes through the filter screen under the action of centrifugal force. The liquid is filtered out, and the liquid (mother liquid) is discharged through the chassis sump to the outlet pipe. When the weight (or volume) of the filter cake reaches the rated load (or capacity) of the machine, the feed valve is closed, and the centrifuge is accelerated to the rated value. The speed is further separated from the material. If the material needs to be washed, the washing valve is opened, the filter cake is washed, and the washing liquid is filtered out. When the separation requirement is reached, the centrifuge is operated at a low speed, and the scraper device is scraped according to a prescribed procedure. The material is discharged through the drum discharge hole through the chassis discharge hopper to the receiving tray or the conveyor belt to complete a working cycle.

3, scraper work order:
Loosen the locking handle → rotate the scraper in a clockwise direction to rotate the handwheel, the scraper rotates the scraper, → rotate the scraper up and down in the clockwise direction, the scraper moves down the scraper, → turn the scraper up and down counterclockwise The moving hand wheel, the scraper moves upward to repeat the scraping, → rotates the scraper counterclockwise to rotate the handwheel, and the scraper rotates to reset – lock the handle. (See Figure 1.) The final material is scraped off the drum bottom by the scraper and concentrated in the collecting hopper. The material can be caught by the conveyor belt or the trolley and transferred to the next process.

4, scraper adjustment
4.1 Upper and lower limit adjustments Loosen the lock nut, rotate the scraper to rotate the handwheel (clockwise direction), when the scraper blade is close to the drum body, rotate the scraper up and down to move the handwheel (counterclockwise), the upper surface of the scraper blade When the gap between the drum and the liquid intercepting plate is 10mm (height direction), the locking blade rises the limit ring (the upper end of the dust jacket needs to be removed, the rising limit ring is inside the dust jacket, the lower part of the scraper shaft); the rotating scraper Upper and lower moving handwheels (clockwise direction), when the lower plane of the scraper blade is 10mm from the bottom of the drum (in the height direction), the locking blade lowers the limit ring (the lower limit ring is at the upper end of the scraper shaft).

4.2 Rotary limit adjustment Loosen the 4-M8×20 screw (hexagon socket countersunk head screw) on the lock nut and the sleeve sleeve pressure plate, so that the taper sleeve can rotate relative to the cone sleeve pressure plate, and then rotate the scraper to rotate the hand wheel (clockwise Direction), when the gap between the first blade edge and the drum body (inner wall) is 15-20mm (the thickness of the filter and the net must be considered), the taper sleeve is rotated to rotate the working position on the taper sleeve.
