Late wheat disease and pest control

Post-harvest diseases and insect pests in wheat are still very serious, with emphasis on the control of powdery mildew, aphids, and head blight. The first is powdery mildew. For the land that grows well and has high density, especially in the late period when it encounters continuous rainy weather, powdery mildew can easily occur. When the rate of diseased plants exceeds 3-5% from booting to heading, individual flag leaf disease begins with 15% triadimefon 30-40g/mu, or 70% thiophanate-methyl powder per acre. 50-100 grams, or 40% polysulfide rubber suspension 100 ml per mu, watered 60 kg spray control. The second is locusts. The incidence of locusts in wheat fields is relatively high. Control of aphids after flowering in wheat, use high-efficiency and low-toxic pesticides such as 10% imidacloprid wettable powder 20 grams per mu or 50% poisoned beer 50 ml per acre 50 ml Kilogram spray. The third is scab. In the wheat flowering season, in case of rainy and humid weather, care should be taken to control scab, with 50% carbendazim WP 100-150 g per mu, and 40-50 kg of water sprayed.

IVD PCR Nucleic Acid Test

This kit is a real-time RT-PCR test intended for the qualitative detection of DNA from the
Monkeypox virus in human oropharyngeal swabs, whole blood, vesicular fluid and pustular fluid
specimens.
Positive results are indicative of the presence of Monkeypox virus DNA; clinical correlation with
patient history and other diagnostic information is necessary to determine patient infection status.
Positive results do not rule out bacterial infection or co-infection with other viruses. The agent detected
may not be the definite cause of disease.
Negative results do not preclude Monkeypox virus infection and should not be used as the sole
basis for patient management decisions. Negative results must be combined with clinical observations,
patient history, and epidemiological information to make decision.
This kit is intended to be performed by trained users in both laboratory and near patient testing
settings.
This kit is for in vitro diagnostic use only
