Dial indicator calibration zero adjustment:

During the use of the instrument, if the power is turned on, it is found that the display does not return to zero or the “Err.on” phenomenon is displayed. You can press the power-on zero button first. If there is no effect, you can directly adjust the zero-position adjustable resistance (11) in the small hole at the back of the instrument to make it appear zero after power on.

The SLC dial gauge calibration method is as follows:

Turn on the power switch, press the power-on clear button, make the display number zero, then take 1kg weight on the force plate, the display number should be in the range of 9.74N-9.86N (standard value is 9.80N), If it is not within this range, you can use the Rose batch to adjust the instrument's indication error adjustable resistor (11), so that the display number is in the range of 9.74N-9.86N, and the Zui is adjusted to the 9.80N standard value.

Dial indicator verification instrument error adjustment:

In the course of the use period verification, if the indication value is found to be out of tolerance. The indication error adjustable resistor (11) in the small hole at the back of the instrument can be adjusted to reach the indication error range.
