On June 6 this year, the seven ministries and commissions of the State Council jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Family Doctors' Contracting Services", clearly stating that "by 2017, the coverage rate of family doctors' contracting services will reach over 30%, and the coverage rate of key population contracting services will reach 60%.
