Today, we will analyze the reasons and methods of solving the problem of high-temperature and high-impact faults in stainless steel vibrating screens. First, the reason analysis and treatment of stainless steel vibrating screen vibration motor failure The vibration motor is the vibration source of the vibration generated by the stainless steel vibrating screen. The amplitude can be adjusted by the counterweight. When the vibration motor is working, the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric mass is selected as the excitation force. Second, the vibration motor failure generally has the following conditions: 1. Solution: Stainless steel shaker should be avoided to restart under heavy load conditions. 2. Damping system damage If the damping spring fails or there is too much material under the screen, the stainless steel vibrating screen damping system will be uncoordinated, resulting in damage to the vibration motor. Solution: The vibration-damping spring should be inspected regularly. The springs with failure deformation should be replaced in time. When replacing, all the damping springs should be replaced at the same time, and the springs of each group before and after replacement should be consistent. 3. Installation quality problems during maintenance If the shaker gap is improperly adjusted during the inspection and installation process, it will cause errors in the axial radial joint between the vibration motor and the motor, the universal joint, and the relative position of the exciter eccentric block, resulting in a vibration motor. Excessive vibration generates high temperature, which seriously affects the normal operation of the stainless steel vibrating screen. Solution: When installing two motors, try to select the same type of motor with the same damping and the same downtime to ensure the synchronous operation of the two motors; before the vibration exciter is installed, the two motors must be operated in the opposite direction; the motor and the exciter must be in the same way. In the same vertical plane, etc., especially when the exciter is inspected, a pair of simultaneously used exciters should have the same quality of the eccentric. 4. Pay attention to the following points when repairing and disassembling the vibration motor: 1. The disassembly and assembly of the vibration motor should be carried out in a clean place; 2. All parts must be cleaned before assembly to remove burrs; 3. Can not directly hit the inner and outer rings of the bearing; 4. All assembly surfaces before assembly should be coated with lubricating oil, such as lithium grease; 5. Carefully inspect the stainless steel vibrating screen seal ring, if it is aging or damaged, replace it in time; 6. Load an appropriate amount of lubricating oil such as lithium grease, etc.; 7. When assembling the Y-ring, pay attention to the end face facing inward; 8. All bolts are tightened according to the regulations. They are tightened once every two days in the initial stage of installation, three times or more, and every two days thereafter. 5. Analysis and treatment of cracking failure of stainless steel vibrating screen According to the principle of fracture mechanics, the stainless steel vibrating screen vibrates during the working process, causing bending fatigue, which is prone to local deformation or cracking of the screen frame and side plates. There are several reasons for the occurrence of vibration failure during the use of stainless steel vibrating screen: 1. Damping spring failure After long-term use of the spring, the spring is deformed due to rubber aging or long-term stress, which causes the spring to fail, resulting in different heights of the four sets of vibration-damping spring seats of the stainless steel vibrating screen body, resulting in inconsistent amplitudes of the stainless steel vibrating screen, causing the stainless steel to vibrate. The screen joint is cracked or the joint weld is cracked. Solution: The damping spring should be inspected regularly, and the spring material is generally 60Si2MnA, and the heat treatment hardness should reach HRC45-50. 2. Vibration motor eccentric wheel quality deviation The function of the eccentric on the vibration motor is to make the vibrating screen vibrate. The quality of the vibrating screen directly affects the amplitude value of the vibrating screen. The quality of the eccentric wheel is deviated. The vibration force generated during operation is dispersed and reflected on the stainless steel vibrating screen. Inconsistent amplitudes of the various parts cause cracking of the joint portion of the stainless steel vibrating screen or cracking of the joint of the connecting member. Solution: Control the deviation of the eccentricity of the vibrating motor and check the wear condition regularly. 3. The eccentric heavy vertical line does not coincide with the natural heavy vertical line When installing the vibration motor, after connecting the vibration motor with the universal joint, the corresponding eccentric wheel vertical line does not coincide with the natural heavy vertical line due to the torque of the transmission shaft, which causes the eccentric wheel to rotate asynchronously. The amplitude of each part of the screen is inconsistent, and the joint of the stainless steel vibrating screen is cracked or the joint is cracked. Solution: Install the vibration motor and check the coincidence of the eccentric heavy vertical line and the natural heavy vertical line. Regular shutdown inspection. 4. Vibration motor eccentric weight is not suitable If the eccentric wheel counterweight is not suitable, the amplitude of the stainless steel vibrating screen will be unbalanced. If the weight is increased too much, the amplitude will exceed the allowable value, which will cause the joint of the stainless steel vibrating screen to crack or the joint weld to crack. Solution: According to the factory parameters of stainless steel vibrating screen, set the eccentric weight according to the standard and check regularly. 5. Sieve plate thin The breakage of the stainless steel vibrating screen frame may also be the reason for the thin screen. Solution: The solution to this problem is to properly thicken the side panels, or add a side plate to the side panels near the vibrating motor to enhance the rigidity of the entire stainless steel vibrating screen, so that the screen frame is not easy to tremble and break. When repairing the weld, the weld is to be along the longitudinal direction of the screen frame, and no transverse weld is allowed.
