1. Place the meter level on the test bench.

2. Install the span block that matches the needle to be tested and mount it on the sensor.

2. Click “Next” to enter the “Main Menu” and there are four options: “Setting”, “Test”, “Move” and “Calibration”.

3. After clicking “Setting”, you can set the “pipe wall”, “specification”, “span”, “load”, “deflection”, “number of times” and “date and time” at this time. After the corresponding item, select the specification parameter corresponding to the measured vessel to confirm.

5. Click on “Specifications” and click on “Change” the nominal specifications of the tested vessel. If special parameters need to be set, set them separately in the corresponding options of the setting parameters. Click “Confirm” Go to the setting parameters.)

6. After clicking “Span”, click on the corresponding number to select the span of the measured vessel. (Click "Confirm" to go to the setting parameters.)

7. After clicking “Load”, click on the corresponding number to select the load of the measured vessel. (Click "Confirm" to go to the setting parameters.)

8. Click on “Deflection” and click on the corresponding number to select the large deflection of the tested vessel. (Click "Confirm" to go to the setting parameters.)

9. Click on “Number of Times” and click to select the number of times to be tested for the tested vessel. There are 8 options for 8 times, 13 times and 20 times. (Click "Back" to go to the setting parameters.)

10. Click on "Date & Time". After clicking "Date", enter the date confirmation on the test day (in the format: year/month/day, the change of time is the same as the date change. ("Confirm" and return to the main menu.)

11. After clicking “Move” in the main menu, click “Up” or “Down” loading frame to start moving. Visually move the loading frame to the appropriate position with the measured vessel and click “Stop”. ("Back" to the main menu)

12. Click “Calibration” in the main menu, click “Calibration” to display a warning to indicate whether calibration is required, click “Yes” to display calibration, 1), put the calibration plate on the fixture,), click “Set” on the screen. 0”), place the 20N weight on the calibration plate, click “Calibration”, and check that the screen is displayed as 20N and the calibration is successful. “Measuring” is the accuracy of the calibration calibration data after calibration.

14. When the content displayed in the “Main Menu” is matched with the measured instrument parameters, click “Test”. After the test is completed, the test result will be displayed.
