In recent years, with people's increasing demands for fruit quality and flavor, the fruit bagging technology for apples, wolfberry, grapes, pears and peach trees has been popularized in many fruit producing areas. The author has based on many years of practical experience to fruit bagging. Papers and their applications that are more easily overlooked have been studied and measured, hoping to give farmers some references. The temperature and humidity in the southern fruit producing areas in China are high, and the fruit trees are vulnerable to various diseases and insect pests during the growth period. Therefore, a large number of pesticides are required to be sprayed to kill the fruits, which may affect the sale of fruits due to the problem of pesticide residues. In the early stage of fruit growth, bagging protection can prevent diseases and insects damage, but also make the fruit bright color and reduce mechanical damage, thereby improving the fruit quality and price. The fruit bagging is mainly a paper bag, but the black bag that was produced in the early stage was broken because of its immature technology, and it rained or discolored, which affected the quality of the fruit. Later, the blue film plastic bag was used for the protection of bananas, but the plastic bag was airtight and was not used for other fruits. At present, in addition to importing high-quality fruit and paper bags, the fruit bags used in China have been able to produce fruit bags with good quality and special types of bags for different types of fruit. When choosing, pay attention to the quality of fruit bagging and how to use it. First, the quality requirements of fruit paper bagging 1, water resistance due to different types of fruit trees, varieties and growing conditions, the fruit size and size of the fruit after ripening, water content is different, so the requirements for water resistance are also different. Water-repellent agents, water repellents and wet strength agents are usually added during the production of fruit paper bags to increase the water resistance of the paper bags. In addition, a small hole is stamped on the bottom of the bag to facilitate drainage of rainwater (or stagnant water), otherwise it is in a long-term wet state and the fruit is susceptible to disease. 2, shading light due to the fruit color by the length of sunshine a great influence on different fruits should use different layers of paper bags and adopt different bagging methods. For example, apples must be removed from the bag a few days before harvesting to allow the fruit to be colored and stained. If it is necessary to shave the light performance of the paper bag, a black base paper can be added to the bag, or the black side of the paper bag can be dyed without falling off and not contaminating the fruit. 3, paper strength In order to make the paper bag durable, usually choose high-fiber strength unbleached kraft pulp or bleached kraft pulp as the raw material of fruit bagging. Some manufacturers use recycled kraft paper as the raw material for fruit bagging in order to save costs. Its paper strength is also good. However, unbleached Kraft pulp is the best raw material for making high-strength fruit paper bags. In order to prevent pests and diseases, fungicides and insecticides can be added to the pulp according to different control targets for different fruit species. 4. Good air permeability to enable normal respiration of fruit in the bag during growth, the air permeability of the paper bag (the time required to pass 100 ml of air through the thickness of the paper layer, in seconds, required The more seconds mean poor air permeability is important. For this reason, the basis weight of fruit paper bags is not high, mostly between 35-40 grams per square meter (usually used copy paper basis weight is 70 grams per square, toilet paper is 30 grams per square meter). The thickness of the paper bag is such that it is not easy for insects to bite through or pass through and there is a certain paper strength. Second, the application of fruit bagging fruit bagging in the use of different fruit trees, the bagging period, paper and size, bagging method and other conditions are different because of different growth habits of fruit trees. Generally speaking, generally fruit with short stems, the bag is tied to the fruit branch, and the longer stem can be tied to the stem. Bagging can change the temperature and humidity of the small environment around the fruit. During the day, the temperature and temperature inside the bag are high and low in humidity compared with the outside world. In the evening, the temperature varies depending on the type of bag. Different paper fruit bags are suitable for different environments. China Agricultural Network Editor
