The forklift scale is a hydraulic manual forklift weighing device, transport and weighing integrated structure. An explosion-proof forklift scale that meets safety and explosion protection is used in an environment with explosive gas or explosive dust. The principle of explosion-proof is to use isolation, pressure reduction, current limiting, sealing and fiber-optic communication technology to generate explosion sources in the system. The steps of electrical short-circuit sparks, electrostatic friction sparks, high-temperature energy concentration, etc. are eliminated or cut off, so as to achieve the purpose of using the scale in an explosive atmosphere.

Operation

(1) Overloading is strictly prohibited.

(2) Maintain good weighing habits when using. During the weighing process, try to place it in the middle position of the forklift, so that the four sensors of the forklift are balanced. Do not place goods such as pallets on the front end of the fork for weighing, resulting in uneven force on the sensor and affecting the service life of the forklift scale.

(3) During the operation, it cannot be quickly lowered under heavy load to avoid damage to the hydraulic cylinder and the weighing main component.

(4) Under heavy load conditions, the forklift scale is pushed and the hydraulic device cannot be raised.

(5) It is forbidden to perform arc welding on the forklift scale. It is not allowed to use the sensor as part of the arc welding circuit.
