The main structure of the swinging pellet machine includes the following six aspects:

First, the main body

The fuselage is an independent rectangular cylinder, and the upper closed bearing seat is connected with the powder bucket. The powder bucket extends to the outside of the machine body, and the V-shaped chassis is mounted under it. The ground is wide and flat, so the lower part must be installed and can be placed at will. Indoor use.

Second, the particle manufacturing device

The rotating drum is placed horizontally under the powder bucket, and has bearing supports on the front and rear. It is driven by the rack to make the reverse rotation. The front bearing cap of the end face is movable. When assembling and disassembling, just screw down a wing nut. The bearing cap and the rotating drum can be extracted, and the two ends of the roller are formed with a convex square ring embedded in the bearing chamber, so that the oil does not penetrate into the powder and is not stuck.

Third, the gearbox

Adopting worm gear transmission, the speed ratio is 1:12. The oil can be stored in the box to ensure good gear lubrication and no noise. The mirror can be observed on the box, observe the operation and oil storage, and the outer end of the worm wheel is equipped with an eccentric shaft. Drive the rack to reciprocate.

Fourth, the screen clamp tube

The device is made of steel pipe on both sides of the rotating drum, and a long groove is opened in the middle. Both ends of the screen are embedded in the groove, and the flower-shaped hand wheel is rotated to wrap the screen on the outer circumference of the rotating drum, and the gear wheel supports the gear. The elastic can be adjusted.

Five, motor frame

One is bolted to the screw, and the motor is mounted on the iron plate. When the screw bolt is turned, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.

Sixth, swinging granular machine parts lubrication

The oil in the gearbox is stored in the worm gear. The oil transmission line is engraved on the mirror. The oil plug on the rear of the box is used for oil discharge. Open the upper cover of the fuselage, and add grease to the inner bearing of the middle and rear bearing housings.
