Third, increase fertilizer material. For the affected sugarcane combined with supporting soil, add a fertilizer, apply 20 kg of compound fertilizer in Mushi or 20 kg of phosphate fertilizer, 15 kg of urea, and 5 kg of potash, and then resume growth.

Fourth, to strengthen integrated pest management. Post-flood pests and diseases are more likely to occur, such as red rot, pineapple disease, leaf spot disease, head smut, cotton cane budworms and locusts, etc., and prevention and control should be strengthened.

If more than 50% of sugarcane growing points have been killed due to excessive bubbling time in low-lying fields, we must promptly cut dead sugarcane down and pull it out of the sugarcane land, and then plow as soon as possible to plant early cane to plant sugarcane or change other crops. Such as sweet potatoes, vegetables, corn and so on. For severe flooding, part of the sugar cane is less than 50%. It is timely to pull down the dead sugar cane and pull it out of the sugarcane land to strengthen the management of the remaining sugarcane fertilizer and promote its growth so as to make up for the loss caused by dead sugarcane. Where there is a serious lack of monopoly in the land, some high-spicy crops such as corn can be planted to minimize field losses.
