Then put the prepared wheat stalks into the plastic boules, and then evenly dilute the diluted golden bait feed starter into the wheat stalks, and ensure that the saccharomyces fermentation broth is spread to facilitate better fermentation. Note: The moisture content of the final mixed fermented material is about 65%. The judgment method is: grab one by hand, and see watermark but not dripping water at the fingertips. Release the ground and loosen it properly. If you can squeeze the juice, place it on the floor. If not, it means that the water content is too large, too wet and dry is not conducive to fermentation, the water content must be adjusted. Finally, the plastic cloth tightly wraps the fermented material. It must be sealed and fermented. If it is not sealed, add a layer of plastic cloth. Use a heavy weight around the plastic cloth to ensure a good seal. In this way, it is sealed and fermented for 2 to 3 days at natural temperatures. When there is aroma or earthy taste, the fermentation is completed. For example, adding 10% to 20% of corn flour and wheat bran in wheat straw will have better fermentation effect.
