Filling valve structure and working principle of beverage machinery
1Inflatable isobaric bottle cylinder lifts the bottle, so that the centering cover and the bottle mouth under the filling valve are centered, the empty bottle continues to rise, the bottle mouth rubber pad and the valve seat rubber pad are sealed, then the centering cover is lifted up The lower push rod opens the air valve through the jumping ball and the upper push rod, so that the aseptic compressed gas in the air chamber in the liquid storage tank passes through the three grooves on the periphery of the air valve, through the filling valve center hole and the return air pipe In the same way, enter the empty bottle, so that the pressure in the reservoir and the pressure in the bottle are balanced, and the inflation isobaric process is completed.
2 After returning to the air, completing the filling of the storage tank and the empty bottle pressure, the valve rises, that is, the downward pressure of the valve sleeve is released, and the air pressure in the bottle increases the pressure of the lower end of the liquid valve, and the compression spring Overcoming the self-weight of the liquid valve and the pressure of the liquid above, the liquid valve is automatically opened, and the liquid in the liquid storage tank flows down from the outer ring and the shunt ring of the air pipe along the inner wall of the bottle; at the same time, the gas in the bottle returns from the central pipe of the gas pipe and the upper valve to the liquid storage. The tank air chamber completes the liquid returning process.
When the liquid level in the bottle exceeds a certain height of the tracheal tube, the liquid is stopped. At this time, the control cam fixed on the outer ring bracket of the liquid tank collides with the closing valve button, so that the jumping ball 1 mounted on the end of the button moves to the left, the upper push rod descends, and the gas valve and the liquid valve are closed to complete the filling.
3 After the exhaust pressure relief filling is completed, the bottle is sent to the glanding mechanism, and the air pressure in the bottle should be slowly reduced to avoid a large amount of air bubbles when the pressure is released, and the liquor is lost and the amount is insufficient. The control cam fixed on the peripheral bracket of the liquid tank opens the exhaust valve, so that the residual compressed gas in the bottle neck portion is discharged from the exhaust nozzle to complete the exhaust pressure relief process.
4 Exclude the remaining liquid When the bottle descends with the lowering mechanism, the residual liquid remaining in the center hole of the trachea flows into the bottle. When the lower push rod is lowered to the lower limit position, the ball stop is displaced to the left by the spring due to the function of closing the valve button, so that the filling valve returns to the initial position, and the entire filling process ends.
(3) Cleaning and disinfection of the filling valve
After the filling machine is installed, the filling valve and the liquid storage tank must be flushed and disinfected before starting to eliminate residual oil. The flushed hot or cold water is fed from the inlet manifold. When flushing the filling valve, the water pressure should be less than 0.3 gauge, otherwise the filling valve will close.
Before each shift, the filling valve and the reservoir should be steam sterilized, and the residual condensate should be dried with sterile compressed air to avoid dilution of the liquid. The filling valve should also be cleaned after each shift.
When cleaning the filling valve, the cleaning shield is borrowed because the filling valve is not used to lift the filling valve and the air passage and air passage in the cleaning valve. This shroud is placed over the outer circumference of the centering cover and pushed up to replace the bottle. The cleaning hood is placed on the filling valve during the entire process of rinsing, steam sterilization and blowing of compressed compressed air. All flushing water, jets and air are supplied from the cleaning hood.
The small hole at the lower end is discharged, so as to prevent the sewage from splashing and jetting.
(4) Characteristics of the filling valve
When the filling valve is working, the valve must be opened for filling when the pressure in the bottle is equal to the pressure of the reservoir. When the bottle is missing during the filling process, the filling valve automatically closes without leaking, thus achieving no bottle filling and saving liquid material.
If a bottle burst occurs during the filling process, the center cover automatically drops due to no bottle rising pressure, and the pressure of the upper push rod and the lower push rod is released. At this time, the spring pushes down the lower push rod and is filled by the air valve. The valve is closed and no liquid material is lost.
Replacing the length of the trachea can adjust the height of the liquid level in the bottle to meet different filling requirements.
